| Our Goal |
To provide the mining industry with technologically advanced integrated
solutions to operate and streamline daily operations |
| Every year new regulatory procedures are created and companies are required to implement
them into their operations. The mining industry has the responsibility of complying with
electrical permissibility inspections, as well as the new diesel and noise regulations.
In order to keep up with the documentation necessary to stay in compliance, companies need
a system that automates these processes with-in their operations. |

Our Solutions - Digital Mining Solutions can provide
a ‘turn key solution’, on-site support and consulting services to assist companies to
operate effectively and efficiently. We provide data collection capacity within
the mine that can provide enormous benefits
We will provide consulting services that will allow for the products to be customized,
installed, and integrated into the client’s own computer system or can be data hosted

Owners of Digital Mining Solutions have been working in the mining industry, in the
areas of daily operations and technical support during the past seventeen years. Working
as a team, one on the operational side and the other on the developmental side, we have
gained the knowledge necessary to put together tools that will allow a regulated facility
to streamline their day to day operating procedures
Working for one of the leading coal mining companies we produced a computerized MSHA
tracking system that won approval from MSHA and ultimately caused the rewrite of the
MSHA regulations allowing computerized books
We found within our organization that changing to an electronic management of the books results in the following;
- Allows inspectors to focus on inspection and correction of deficiencies instead of writing out the inspections
- Decreases incidence of having non corrected deficiencies on prior inspections because all deficiencies were posted with the corrective action simultaneously.
- Planners immediately know;
- What machinery has been inspected
- What machinery needs to be inspected
- Make certain that by the end of the week no equipment had been left uninspected
- Consistent reporting of inspections
- Accurate location reporting on all highly portable equipment
Finally, and most importantly, using the deficiency reporting capability within the computerized system became a planning, organizing and a proactive tool for maintenance planning;
- to prevent deficiencies from extending over long periods of time on the books
- minimize repeating incidences of non compliance
